Dr, Goulding has been my doctor since 2007. It’s hard to find a doctor that actually listens to you, but she does and that’s awesome.

Dr. Goulding has been my doctor for some time now. She's thorough and very nice. I also love that she gets right to the point with things and gives me detailed feedback for any questions I have.

My wife made an appointment over 3 months ago because that was the current wait, which is fine. She received an email the day before reminder her to be there at 8:30am. The day of the appointment we hit some traffic and she showed up at 8:32am. The lady at the front desk proceeded to tell her that because she was late she could not have her appointment. Yes she is a new patient and I understand paperwork needing to be done. But come on. Waiting 3 months for an appointment and then being 2 minutes late because of traffic. And then not even being told you will have to wait a few minutes extra but that she cannot be seen at all. That is just a very poor way of doing business and treating a customer. Needless to say my wife will not be trying to reschedule. I would think in the OBGYN profession that an office would be a little more warm and caring towards their clients. I would certainly not recommend them to new clients and even old clients might want to rethink their choice.

I was very thankful with the effort Dr Goulding made to get me in for the outpatient surgery as expediently as she did. The surgery went exceptionally well and I would highly recommend her.
